Terms and Conditions

1. Order Policy

Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. However, modifications may be accepted if the order has not been shipped yet. Please contact us immediately if changes are needed.

2. Shipping Policy

For local orders within Lebanon, shipping takes 1 to 3 days. We also ship worldwide. Note that for international orders, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. Payment must be completed prior to shipping.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are accepted only if the order was inconvenient or defective. Two conditions apply:

• The item must not have been worn, washed, or dirty.
• The request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

4. Payment Terms

Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and payments through Whish to Whish or OMT. Further payment methods will be introduced soon.

5. Intellectual Property

All Thunder designs, logos, and branding are self-made and copyrighted. Any copying, reselling, or unauthorized use of our intellectual property will result in legal action.
